Located at BREW > Content Settings, this page of options allows you to control the hero element as well as the content that appears at the top of custom post type archive pages for Cities, Communities, Reviews, and Showcases.

TIP: We recommend using the Showcase manager for all your city and community pages. The Cities and Communities managers will eventually be removed from BREW theme in the future.


City Settings

Cities Archive Content
This field is used to manage the content that appears at the top of the Cities archive page at http://yourdomain.com/cities/.


Community Settings

Communities Archive Content
This field is used to manage the content that appears at the top of the Communities archive page at http://yourdomain.com/communities/.


Review Settings

Hide Review Publish Date
Check this box to hide the publish date on reviews. This applies to both Featured Reviews on the home page as well as full reviews on the main Reviews page.

Reviews Archive Content
This field is used to manage the content that appears at the top of the Reviews archive page at http://yourdomain.com/reviews/.


Showcase Settings

Category Boxes
Category boxes are a unique feature that display links to related Showcase pages, sorted by the categories that you assign to each of your Showcases. See the Showcases page for more info.

By default, the main Showcase page will display category boxes for all top level Showcase pages that have a category assigned to them. To manually control which category boxes appear, click the Add Category Box button to add your own.

Category Box Settings:

Category
Select the category for which you’d like a category box to appear. At minimum, we recommend showing a City category box.

Show Advanced Options
Check this box to toggle additional options.

Category Tab / Heading Text
Use this field to customize the text that is displayed at the top of each category box. By default, the category box will say “Browse By [Category Name]”.

Base Page
Use this field to choose a different base page if you do not want top level pages of the chosen category to be displayed. This setting is useful when you want to display category boxes for Showcase pages that are below top level pages in the hierarchy. For example, you may have a top level city page that has a child page for a very popular community. If you wish to display a category box for that community, you would choose that community page as the base page.

Showcase Archive Content
This field is used to manage the content that appears at the top of the Showcase archive page at http://yourdomain.com/locations/.


Team Settings

Team Archive Sorting
This field controls what order your team members are displayed in. Each Team Member must have a First Name and Last Name entered in those fields in order for alphabetical sorting by name to work.

Team Archive Office Settings

Show all team members grouped by Office
Check this box to show all team members grouped by office. When this option is active, any member who is not associated with an office will not be displayed.

Show links to the Office archive pages
Check this box to show a bar of links to each individual Office archive page.

Team Members Per Page
This controls how many Team Members are displayed per page on the Team and Office archive pages. This setting is ignored on the Team archive if “Show all team members grouped by Office” is checked.

Team Archive Content (Top)
This field is used to manage the content that appears at the top of the Team archive page at http://yourdomain.com/team/. This content appears above your team members.

Team Archive Content (Bottom)
This field is used to manage the content that appears at the bottom of the Team archive page at http://yourdomain.com/team/. This content appears below your team members.
